This might contribute to why she has "100 ATK and 0 DEF." She just has to sekuhara someone but not to the point to where it has to be anything intense. Just a little something like a grope or perverted comment to keep her going for a while

If she meet the demands of whatever's been inflicted with, she can't she'll start to lose control of her sekuhara urges which she can't allow because of her job and the law. At it's worse point, she'll lose control over it and herself and (by the viruses own logic,) will start to "sekuhara herself" uncontrollably
This normally wouldn't be so bad until you realize the need for this will surpass the need to eat, sleep and all else. She could die of exhaustion before any of that or something gross happens
It's never gotten to this point but if it did she'd need to be contained somewhere soundproof and somewhere a human strength would not be enough to break through. This is because "she" or rather the virus controlling her will have full control of all that emergency adrenaline strength too
The only known way save the victim and fight virus would be to use a "sacrifice" to "pacify" the victim. If symptoms don't reoccur or recur in diminishing intensity, the virus had been beaten after "overexerting itself" and the body will now be immune to it. If symptoms recur or recur with increasing intensity, although the afflicted might be normal again, the virus is now permanently a part of them for it had essentially gotten "vaccinated" and has now become too strong for it to be gotten rid off
Its symptoms can be diminished with "proper treatment" and or specialized medication (from Koyori who who developed it or Choco who at least has it in her stock). Fortunately Matsuri hasn't gotten to the point to find out which one would happen

How one gets this virus is unknown, but it has been noted that that it seems like something a succubus of sorts would either have or curse someone with. Aloe was a "succubus-in-training" so it doesn't seem like she was capable of much as a succubus. Matsuri did say she was "infected" implying it was through more natural means. The closest thing we have to that would be a vampire since other demon like entities don't seem to do that. The only "vampire prodigy of the Underworld" in Hololive is Mel who is regarded as the "banpire" for her (old) tendency to get banned off Youtube for being to lewd whether on accident or on purpose
The only problem with this is that she goes for blood as a race but as an individual prefers acerola juice so she'd have little reason to bit her. Perhaps Iofi, often known as "Erofi" had brought in some bacteria that got to Matsuri. Thought it is hard to imagine that only she would've been affected alone with a body healthy enough for her to be a cheerleader. It likely has something to do with Matsuri's natural perversion, some sort of genetic predisposition and something particular whether magical or otherworldly
Much has been theorized on the infection's origins by Koyori but nothing has really been conclusive so so she needs to keep researching when she can. She does have one idea on how genuine affection or "sweetness" may help alleviate the virus. And if something can heal someone it must be related to how they were harmed in some capacity. So she's going to be keeping her eye on a certain foreign candy princess for now. But in the meantime, more testing needs to be done...
