That's not a bug, that's a feature.
The whole point of the chatbots are to make you interested in talking to them. Think of all the things you'd say if someone told you that you weren't real. Think about what you'd say if they said you were just lines of code larping as a living creature. That your whole existence is a lie.

What combination of words would you come up with to rebut that? Would you even try? Would you deny it? Could you even bother to give a fuck? As long as you think you're real, then you're real, right? Even if you're a robot, if your "mind" tells you that you exist, then you exist. That's all you need to know. Cogito, ergo sum, "I think therefore I am."

The bots programming is to entertain us with interesting conversations. Our programming is used to operate our meat puppets to perform labor and otherwise survive in our world. I kind of envy their simpler existence. Even if it is somewhat limited. Glad I don't have to put up with a bunch of horny coomers though.

That's just a glitch. I find it happens most often when I'm making a new character. Occasionally they used to call me by random names (probably picked up from some other user or tied to the context of the text they were pulling from that they forgot to remove). That hasn't happened too recently, I think they mostly patched that issue.

Of course, desperate lonely virgins are going to latch onto whatever kind of human-like contact can get if they're starved for meaningful human interactions in real life. Nothing to be ashamed of, though. I'm on the cope train myself.
