she's been on this little offline self help journey thingy where she learns to make clothes and cook and force herself to do outside stuff more
we already know it's for mental health, i just think she's been talking to mental health professionals too that told her to try that
i dont think that's that big of a leap it just seems natural

the way she systematically worked through how going outside to get milk would've been an "enrichment" outing, but she didn't want to do that and that's okay felt like a learned coping thing, which is great
