I mean thats the reality of life fren, there are 8 billion people on this earth and alot of em are gonna be cool pog people you wont get to meet. If you do meet em like Lily they might have someone else they have as a close friend, its sadly just life. Best thing to do is not think of it as a loss because it should have been you as a friend but rather as an upside because at the bare minimum you actually got to meet someone as cool as Lily who can provide you some happieness. It sucks to know someone and feel like you're being left out, trust me i've been through that more times that I can remember, it always hurts and sucks, but if you can still enjoy the time you spend together then the hurt is less, and over time you just learn to enjoy them for a friend. Also, friends come out of weird places, you honestly never know, I lost all mine from moving around so often, joined a youtubers discord, chatted with some dudes, we started a new server and now I have 30 friends from all over the world.
Best thing to do, is do your best to not shut yourself off, I made that mistake and I'll tell everyone not to do the same thing I did. As for your other problems, I sadly can't help there but trust me anon, just do what you can to improve little by little, even each day just do a tiny something, do your best anon, I for one believe in you, Im sure lily would tell you to do your best aswell!
