I will say the amount of interaction it has gotten for just a soft launch with no real advertising yet is kinda a good sign. Alot of the initial reaction is doomposting, but at the same time when does twitter not do that.
So I have high hopes.

I like to try understanding Gura's absence in an optimistic point of view. She seems to have a good idea of her role as idol, that is to bring happiness and make people feel cozy, funny feelings and forget that life sucks even if for just 1hour.
If you overshare with your fans, not only it makes easier for stalkers but also risks getting into menhera territory. It's a volatile compromise that doesn't exactly go along with the roles of an idol (described above)

If she's going through health issues or just severe burnout, she seems the kind of person that would never be open about that, just out of the duty of being an idol. It hurts, but sometimes not knowing is just the optimal compromise. That's all idols are about
