Assuming you're in burgerland, Cerave and The Ordinary are generally good brands that are widely available in stores/online and not terribly expensive.
My main advice is to use a gentle cleanser and a sunscreen, depending on your skincare needs.
Star small, avoid products with a bunch of common irritants, wear sunscreen. A VERY basic routine could be:

Morning:
Gentle Cleanser (Cerave/La Roche Posay)
Sunscreen (Cerave/La Roche Posay)

Night:
Oil Cleanser (Hadalabo, on Amazon)
Gentle Cleanser (Cerave/La Roche Posay)
Moisturizer (Cerave/La Roche Posay)

If you're not in burgerland, most Asian beauty sites ship worldwide and have great stuff! I mostly use Japanese/Korean products. Let me know if you have any specific concerns.
