Honestly it is understandable. You almost have to deathless run it if you're not already great at Shoot 'em Ups. I don't play many from the genre, but I have gotten around to beating Wings of Wor on normal. I'm not sure if the Japanese version Gynoug defaults on easy or not like the US version. I remember a video of her dropping that as well...

Honestly people shouldn't expect much out of vtubers when it comes to that genre, it is generally difficult.
