Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad to hear the slow-burn approach worked. My goal was to have the drama be more understated and adult. Of course, it still gotta follow the "rules" of storytelling so ending it so soon after the resolution is what it is. I tried to balance it the best I could. I guess I would say that now (you) and Suisei are together, they can have those shenanigans in your imagination. The barrier has been lifted, after all.

Maybe someday ill be good enough to write romantic smut. Not necessarily in this universe but in general. Because I do think having such scenes can add a lot to a romance story. But that's for another time. Thanks for reading.

Thanks, I'm glad the concert scene hit the landing, especially after alluding to it so much. There's a good amount of important stuff in there.

As for Suisei, I had two ideas of Suisei in my head as I was writing this:
1. Someone who due to her perfectionism and lack of experience in romance, was unconfident despite her best efforts.
2. Someone whose heartbreak is due to her cognitive dissonance and the frustration that comes with that. Suisei hates to lose after all.
