Basically my assumption is that each girl has the potential to get X dollars as superchats.
That X is approached through a logarithmic function of stream hours. Meaning an initial sharp growth but a rapid decline in the "value of a stream hour". Ergo if Ame cuts her stream hours in half she doesn't lose half her superchats.
That the cap for all the girls is different is pretty self-explanatory otherwise Kiara/Ame comparison would introduce logic errors
