I'd say the faces of hololive are gura and calli (internationally, even domestically in japan to an extent); plus pekora, (and to a lesser extent korone, subaru and fubuki). The company should be doing whatever it can to keep that core happy, Coco used to be part of that group as well, and it was a huge brand hit to lose her.

I'm constantly surprised by how little support Cover gives the girls (all of them); especially when you realize how little they've done to help Calli or even Gura get singles out the door, with both having to go out and hire their own music producers and artists/animators. That seems inexcusable.

I just watched Watame's new AV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VGkeUaX-zk , and it looks like Cover helped her put that together, and all i could think is "watame is like second string of the second string, and she gets the company's support for a fully animated AV for an ok song release, meanwhile Calli and gura both are guarenteed 10mil views on youtube (to say nothing for spotify or the itunes store) with anything they release and they're hiring their own musicians and animators or even animating it themselves.

it just doesn't make sense to me.

How does she get away with it?
