In my impression Sakamata has always that kind of eye bags even though she sleeps more than 10hours a day. There’s something else that makes her brain unworkable and hence that eye feature fit her personality I know. My personal opinion.

I know she’s introverted as well as some of other Holos, but seeing her attitude towards her mates, I have an impression that

Actually, she does gambling and doesn’t try to hide it (very bad impression as a Japanese girl), and she doesn’t take baths and behaves as if saying “so, you all take baths everyday and do any one of you have a boy to caress it? I have, or I can pick one on a street anytime I feel like”.
And I sense a vibe of very high IQ brain out of her.
She deserves to be my Oshi.
