And because they messed up big time (let's be real one minute) by not providing their employee an A/C unit in their workstation so that they can work there under tolerable conditions in the harsh summers of Japan, it's their responsibility to provide the A/C unit to Reine. I'm guessing it's taking a lot of time to solve the issue, so manager is providing a fan before a technician can intervene (I guess it's taking long because of paperwork, but it's been 3 weeks, so in itself that's also a bit ridiculous), but a fan is not enough to cool down a room when it's 27 degrees inside.
Yeah, the situation is hard for everyone, but let's just hope Reine can get her A/C quick. It's not something that should add to the mountain of things Reine already has to do.
