From someone who is pretty neutral about it, I think people see Hololive playing it and think it gets viewers and try to imitate that? It is also an addicting game that you can end up playing for hours without realizing it.
I don't think it's a bad game, but it certainly does get viewers (it's at 100k on twitch right now).
