Anon, I know it's hard to do since it breaks your heart, but watch Mumei's streams. Maybe from the beginning, so you can actually see what I'm going on about. I watched hours of Shachi just for it, I'm sure you can too. You can't watch it and go, "Ah yes, this is the 1 million subs shachi, who's always been streaming apex for an audience." It's not just the usual "says nothing" scuff. But if you won't put the effort, it's fine. I'm just giving you (You)s because Mumei's streams are too far away.

Red: I can tell Mumei lineart for the border of the drawing is done using GIMP because it's pen tool is shit when it comes to sharp edges. Or maybe select->grow selection->paint bucket that shit. I know this because I'm stuck using that piece of shit. Rrat uses CSP. Mumei is a GNU chad.
Orange: The eyebrows simply don't match, and all Rrat's eyebrows uses that thick style instead of single stroke, indicating Mumei does their lineart through pen tool instead of tablet strokes. Also Rrat blended her colors into the eyebrows with clever use of layer blending option. Pay attention on top of the eyebrows, Rrat always love to put some pink shading, indication eyelids to give stronger emotion of her characters. Mumei didn't even bother.
Green: Rrat has always been using her collection of color palette, and systemic use of blush color and that little drop of pink in most of her drawings. Mumei's color choices are much more amateurish.
Blue: The borders of eyewhites meeting to color, you can tell rrat's technique is much more refined by blending the eye whites to appear more puffy. In Mumei's its so amateurish to a point the eye whites it just clashes with the blush.

And color palette simply tells a lot about an artist, and defnitely Mumei's style is much more contrasting and amateur, rather than the rrat's.
