They seem to be making efforts to address that. Also, I've found that you get a proper personal response and then they actually do something about it if you email them politely.

Some of it is small corpo plz understand. Merch is made to order, so they have to take preorders first, and then take that to some chinkjew factory who may or may not fuck them over on producing it to the desired spec. Shippa merch got held up a long time because this happened with the camping mug, however the end result is a quality properly enamelled mug as promised. I would much rather they do that than cheap out with an inferior product just because they can produce it faster, like with the debacle that happened around the Fallout 76 "canvas" bag.
