I’ll try my best to be as specific as I can here mister Bassoon. (I’ll link the two girl’s channels at the bottom of this post for your convenience) More adorable voices and ESL accents. Adorable voices like AuruRosario’s that sound childlike not just because they sound childlike, but because they come off as broken sounding, like a mentally challenged person. I imagine this would be hard to find since it’s something you can’t really fake like a cutesy voice, you’d have to naturally have it like Aruru. And, cute ESL accents like you’ve successfully gotten with Riro. However, please avoid ESL accents that go a little too far in the ESL department like Tenma Maemi’s that can be often hard to understand. Of course these hypothetical girls still need talent as streamers that follow your basic criteria, but Aruru and Riro have shown they exist so I believe you can find more such girls
