We don't know what goes on behind the scenes. I know Hespera and Karin have collabed before on some otome game at least once and they're both Fujoshi so there is probably connection for that too. There is the mutual 4chan bond as well.
It is likely one of those things where we don't get to see the full picture on our side. Her work schedule and streaming time does make her a good choice for catching raids from the others too which can help keep the retro streaming going all day.
I wonder about why Yumanea wasn't included but it might be that the connection isn't as close as we think like with Yuno and Meche, or it might just be Yumanea being a shrinking violet. It is wrong for me to gossip about it though and don't want to give anyone the wrong idea
