as someone who struggles with trying to stave off self-decay, try to set small goals to meet daily. if you can walk for 5 minutes, then do it. if you can do 5 push ups, then do it. read a paragraph or even a page of something, it doesn't have to be a book. pretty soon you'll find yourselves establishing a routine and following it will hopefully become second nature. and just remember that shiori~n wants us to be happy, so do it for her if not for yourself
