I am normally a big fan of NZ Sauvblanc, but this isn't as good as I hoped. I bought it because I had a bunch of odds-and-ends in the fridge that would go well with it, so it's still serving its purpose... but I guess I could have gone with another that I knew I would have liked instead. Alas.

Of course anon, you don't even have to say that.
I'm just proud of her, she stuck to her convictions and left the place that made her happier than ever in her entire life.
Knowing she left before she started resenting it is what helps me cope, she has immense courage and i'm just happy to know i can continue watching and supporting her though her journey.

Of course i wish things didn't have to be like this, i'd rather she could continue doing what she loves in hololive, but that's not what happened and it's better to stay positive.

I've had this thought ever since i heard all the other holomen talk about her and how they ended up agreeing with her.
What if the reasons for leaving are much darker than we imagine and are mental health related, as in severe depression.
If i was someone a holomen, and my friend told me she wants to leave, of course i'll try to stop her while keeping up with traditional japanese manners.
But if her answer is something like "i'm having dark thoughts" (that's as far as i'm willing to write), well then there's nothing i can do, that's the card that i can't counter, i wouldn't even want to change her mind at that point.

It's a shame her first months of asacoco will never be translated, those have some of my favorite streams of all time, i still rewatch some of them to this day.
Well, not anymore now that she's doing members-only asacoco watchalongs.

This has subs so i really don't understand why i see this narrative everywhere.
Of course she helped holoEN happen but she wasn't directly involved in it's creation.
It's the same with the "she wanted to be a manager" narrative which makes even less sense because Coco was already a vtuber before hololive and she has talked many times about why she wanted to join and the interview and audition process. she went through.
