read the taekim grammar guide ONCE as fast as possible but keep it open afterwards
download yotsuba or some other easy manga and start reading. every unknown grammar point just CTRL+F it into https://core6000.neocities.org/dojg/, every unknown verb into https://jisho.org/ (it will say which conjugation it is in), every unknown noun into jisho too. Try to understand each sentence as much as possible, but if after like 3-4 minutes it still looks like gibberish just skip it and move on
first chapters will take you days probably, by chapter 10 or so they will start taking you just a couple of hours, by chapter 30+ you'll most likely start reading them with minimal aid (assuming that you'll be doing some other stuff in parallel as you read like 1-2 chapters a day).
