No he sometimes has a thing where he blinks really hard or intentionally, it looks like pic related. I had a close friend who had the same thing so I notice it a lot more, it's likely a mixture of eye strain/dryness and a mild tick.

I don't like mentioning it because bringing up people's ticks usually just makes them overly-conscious of it and makes them do it more. My friend's case was worse and I'd notice his mood would go to shit if anyone noticed him doing it or pointed it out.
