I saw a thread in japanese the other day with maybe 10 IPs and that's probably how many people can understand jap in the whole board.
Niggers won't care about JPs, much less about doing their reps and the board will soon not be big enough for both EN and everyone else.

Also what happen to the SEA thread? They were so active and then sort of fizzled out, now I haven't seen them for a while. Not a SEA but it was good to have it around.
