I don't know your circumstances, but keep your chins up friends, if not for you then for our dork goth archivist; it's what shiori wants from us

reflect ogaposter's words and remember that we are indeed ride-or-die for the dork

and eventually there will be a time where we can hold her hand, or at the very least the hands of our very own shiorins

Part 2/2

> The bell rings, signaling that it was time for lunch and you start putting your materials back into your bag. The desk that Shiori combined with yours is separated as she goes back to her original spot without you noticing.
> "Oi, Anon-kun!"
> Some of your friends from other classes come by to get you.
> You look at Shiori, who's got her headphones on and is currently reading a book. You notice that all she brought for lunch was some bread.
> You wave your friends off, and they shrug as they head out to your usual hangout spot near the track without you.
> You move your desk closer to hers once more quietly and she looks at you, puzzled.
> "I... uh, thanks for sharing the book Nov-... Shiori," you say to her.
> Her face takes on a slightly red tinge as she shakes her head in the face of your gratitude.
> "It's not a big d-deal, Anon-kun..." is all she manages to get out before her voice trails off.
> You muster up a little bit of courage.
> "I was thinking... did you maybe want to have lunch together?" you ask her.
> After a few moments she smiles gently and nods, quietly understanding that you just wanted to thank her and that there wasn't any ill intent behind your invitation.
> You pull out a second boxed lunch that you made since you're a big eater and pass it off to Shiori, who is hesitant at first but accepts the lunch after a bit of insistence.
> "Woah, Anon-kun, I didn't think you could cook," she jokingly says after taking a few bites of your meal.
> "Looks are deceiving, huh?" you reply in jest.
> You turn your attention to the bag by her side and take this as a chance to segue into a conversational topic.
> "Speaking of deceiving looks, I didn't think you'd be a big fan of Linkin Park to-"
> Her eyes widen in surprise at the mere mention of them as she takes a deep breath.
> "Holy crap you listen to them too?! Whenever I listen to Papercut or Faint I can't help but sing along! And don't even get me started on the music video for Breaking the Habit! When Chester-"
> She realized how overexcited she got and how much she raised her voice, as she looks around the room and sees that she's drawn a few eyes to you both. She promptly pipes down and sits quietly, blushing heavily as she turns her attention back to you.
> "Erm... y-yeah... I listen to them too," is all that she could mutter, trying to pass off her outburst. The attempt wasn't convincing in the least but it was a little endearing seeing her try to put on airs.
> You can't help but laugh as you discover a new, dorkier side to your enigmatic classmate.
> "H-hey, please don't make fun of me!" she says, pouting.
> "I'm not making fun of you, promise. I just didn't think you had this excitable side to you."
> She rolls her eyes as she continues eating your meal.
> The rest of the lunch goes by peacefully, with her surprisingly being the more talkative of you both. She branches off into a multitude of topics, such as how she learned how to play Numb on the piano, how she played piano and could transcribe music, how she could play a few Touhou songs, and how one of the songs from the game, U.N. Owen Was Her? (or at least that's what you think she said) was based off an old classical piano song.
> You find yourself enthralled in the conversation, seeing how she never seems to take a breath and how she seems to bounce from one topic to the other at the drop of a hat. Looks are deceiving indeed, as you didn't take this goth-looking girl to be such a motor mouth. It's a little refreshing, you think to yourself.
> The bell rings, signaling the end of lunch and you see Shiori look a little disappointed at having to end the conversation.
> "Hey, Nov- Shiori? Let's do this again tomorrow?" you ask her.
> She smiles and nods affirmatively, and you move your desk back to its original spot for the next class.
> You steal a small glance at your next-seat neighbor as you see her shift into a more focused mindset for the next lesson, but you think you see a small grin creep up at the edges of her mouth. She senses your gaze and turns to look at you and winks, albeit a little awkwardly as she tries to look somewhat cool and charming.
> You stifle a laugh as you settle in your seat, feeling a sense of satisfaction for making a new friend.

>I WILL NOT stop loving Shiori even if this is a one-sided parasocial relationship!
>I WILL NOT stop mentally breeding her with lovey-dovey hand-holding missionary sex with the intent of having enough children for my dork goth wife to start a book club with!
>I WILL ALWAYS give my dork goth wife an ear for her to talk to when she goes into her endless tangents!
>I WILL ALWAYS love her voice unconditionally!
