all you need to reference her is red\blue tones and white triangles, she doesn't need any logos or complex forms because of how simple she is:
just a small girl with a big blue hoodie, bare legs and a shark tail, even a toddler could effortlessly draw her with crayons and she would still be recognizable. that's what peak design is.
