In no particular order.

I think Runoxi is in with a good chance if she applies. Her personality is pleasant and her voice is soothing. She's also got that scream queen thing going on which would make a great bit. Plus psychologically stable.

Dante...is so so. He's let a few things slip in the thread and his streams that shows he understands the business behind vtubing. He's also psychologically stable. I think he'd be better off in management because frankly? He's not terribly entertaining on his own.

Kankuro is possible. He's got energy, he's stable (it seems) and I think with some help he could really do well in the corpo environment. I think he'd benefit considerably from having a regular collab cast.

Laine. Not seen enough of her to really say but she's not a bad singer with minimal effort meaning she could be a great singer with effort and professional training. She can also draw and has a pleasant enough personality. Holo especially likes to grab artists. Also stable it seems and resilient.

Olga could pull it off too I reckon. Might be a hard sell now what with the whole Russian thing. But she's got a comf factor that could work wonders for her. She'd need to learn to be a bit more of an entertainer, but then this could negate the comf factor so it's hard to say. Unsure on stability. Could cause issues with her willingness to use AI assets.

Freeofme could do it too. He gets kayfabe, he seems stable, he knows how to dodge drama, his voice is in a nice band. He'd need work to be more of an entertainer. Dunno if he can sing.

Daiya can sing. Not seen enough of him to say anything else. I'm gonna put him in the can work with work category.

Tally. Not seen enough of him to say. But my god that voice, it touches me in places. He'd make waves on that alone, problem is I hear a lot about him being a groomer and his general behaviour seems to reinforce a certain groomy aura about him. Could work if you had someone to tardwrangle him the whole, but risky.

Digby. British mate. Can be a big buff or a big debuff depending on who you talk to and what kind of accent they have. He doesn't have the fancy upper class accent but its something adjacent.
Energy for days it seems, lurked a few of his streams and he never shuts up. Like ever. Which is great when he's doing his ojisan tier stories not so great when he's just reacting to the game with constant repetition of the same few statements. Seems stable. Also has a taste for AI assets which could be a nono.

Fuzakeru...afro man. Watched one of his streams. He started explaining the entire timeline and plot of some sonic games in an autistic rant with slides. While passion can be endearing this was more offputting. If this is how his content tends to go? No corpo is gonna want him.
That being said. Like with tally if he had a tardwrangler on hand? Could be entertaining.

Denpa seems to be going through a mental health crisis right now. She can draw though and her voice is nice. Also a decent knowledge/obsession with idol stuff. Decent eye for what guys like.
Lot going for her but the instability we've seen lately is a big turnoff for any corpo recruiter.

Catsreturn. Watched one stream. Seemed generic and mundane. Basically stick your hand in a bucket of streamers and you'll pull out an equivalent. Unsure on their history to make any comments regarding stability.
In some ways a very safe option in others a very risky one.

For the ones who are outright incompatible we'll try to be a bit more brief.

Heraherachan - Needs no explanation.
Fuwacoco - Needs no explanation.
Zenya - Too shy and introverted. Needs to learn to come out of her shell.
SunAlbionis - Too niche. Not an entertainer. Go to youtube and do audiobooks.
Kuromar...red devil guy in haiwaiian shirt - Too prone to the political and probably not at all interested.
Chaosfoundry - The whole bit screams mentally unstable weirdo.

The rest I know nothing about so are unranked.
