It's a management problem. Whoever they brought after Noctyx's release has been doing a god awful job. What can we say? They fuck it every time they do anything.
They had a pretty great management during the first year and it was replaced by these nips that clearly don't give a shit or are incompetent as fuck. Some people have even speculated they are straight up saboteurs because of how shitty their work has been.
They tried to play the management game and it backfired (Remember Nina and Yugo's numberfagging leaks?) then they decided to just leave them alone and push AR Live only to realize they didn't have enough manpower to make it happen in such a small period of time and also they overworked and lied to their own streamers.
After that massive failure they decided to just do nothing and look at what happened. Doesn't matter if something bad happens they are nips inside a nip company, no one is going to get blamed or punished.

During the Luxiem era they had a fuckton of perms and that doesn't only include games. How many times are people like Pomu (RIP) and Rosemi going to complain about waking up every now and then and the perms for many of their songs are gone? Karaoke's had been dropped because of this. Those songs? Well it's been years and it looks like they'll never sing them again.
I mean come on the only issue they had with perms their first year was Capcom's dub bullshit for OG RE4 for fuck's sake.

I could continue talking about every single shit that conveniently no one ever mentions but those that stuck in this shitty ass ride noticed.

She's not a dedicated singer and has, sadly, stated multiple times that she has no interest on it so there's no chances of her to actually practice seriously or train so I guess that's the best we can get. FamElira got monkey paw'd.

Most of my friends that watch Elira did not like it because they don't know jack and they say she sings so weird yet they know the song because of covers like:
