I would personally do it because the money is immaterial, being an indispensable manager-sama who controls and elevates the idols would give me personal connections a salary couldn't buy. If I had any presence in hololive whatsoever, and coco wanted to do that, I would leave it immediately to support that decision and help her plan to make it work. You have to think more like a company owner than a wage slave to do this kind of thing though, and I'm just not certain if coco or anyone on /vt/ understands this way of thinking. Rich people never make their money on wages anyway. It's all from investment. and the way you make good investments is from having a team. Coco could have a team right now that money couldn't buy in that position and I would in her shoes immediately make the sacrifice for it. But only if I could be recognized by others and the talent as coco who did so.

Even if we had to drop the coco label for media reasons, I would invent and incorporate a new persona Mysterious Dragon K or C or something. I would make a spectacle of it. It's modern thinking I think, something most of the middle management at cover can't really understand. They are tied down by conventional thinking, which has its strong points, but vtubing is not a conventional industry, it's a hybrid of entertainment and advertisement.

Immortalizing myself as the savior of vtubers from the zhang, inventing memes to perpetuate it, it would all flow naturally.
