Unfortunately no, Ayame did not outright say she talked to Ina. But I can see why Anons suggest that she did because Ayame says that she tried reaching out of her shell and talking to others. She specifically names talking with Korone, Mio and Coco as well as makes a joke about "forgetting" Marine (this was before they collab'd). But she also mentions that she talked with others that she hasn't before but did not elaborate. So could she have directly DM'd Ina? Yes. Could she not have? Also yes. I haven't kept up with Ina so I have no idea if Ina said anything about Ayame afterwards, but what is a fact is that Ayame's mama tweeted at Ina which is a common way for Ayame to reach out to people since she relies on her and Mio a lot.
