Honestly, a lot of the stupid shit that gets said here comes down to people not having any concept of object permanence. Look at the amount of people who think the VSinger has been cancelled simply because they haven't seen anything yet, or the amount of people who say something will NEVER happen because it has yet to happen, despite being told that it will.

Popping into the conversation to say that I did that for years and all it resulted in was me literally undergoing ego death as I lost any and all sense of self behind layers and layers of ironic detachment to reality in an attempt to escape the pain, which only ended up removing both the pain and happiness and leaving me an apathetic shell of a human being that couldn't even feel a sense of being anymore.
On the upside though, I got to literally rebuild my sense of self from nothing during therapy and became the best version of myself, and I can say this: detaching yourself from hope only detaches yourself from humanity.

The only threads that get significant traffic outside of extreme new events or other generals that migrated here with us are /hlgg/ projects that are too far removed from the actual Holos to be here. See Holofights, the canvas, NASFAQ, etc. Holofightz in particular is one of the few other threads that ever manage to hit the 1500 wall that only we do otherwise.
