My understanding was snail said she didn't sign any contracts. Instead she was being tricked/forced into signing one with all sorts of clearly exploitable clauses by shady circle management with life-ruining fines attached. The circle's leader told her he would kick her out if she didn't sign it, which led to the twitcast and tweets last week. She also claims she was never told she would have to pay for her original model if she left or was kicked out, but they say she is still on the hook for it. They now want her to pay for the model but not have the right to use it again by threatening copyright usage. She is trying to get them to talk over and resolve the disputes in public voice chat sessions, but they are determined to keep any talks behind the scenes. She is clearly in the right to contest everything if none of this was set in stone in a signed agreement. She may never get to use the snail models again since it's likely the artist was at least savvy enough to ensure they retain the rights to its usage, but they sure as fuck can't charge her for using it retroactively if they have no written receipts.

Far, far worse. She ripped off the nail on her right pinky using a hammer and pliers as the chat pleaded for her to stop. You can hear the hammer thwack at 4:55. And then at least one person followed her lead and did even worse, ripping off half his hand and toe nails because he couldn't stand the thought of her suffering alone, which are the pictures at the end.
