Minecraft usernames have an UUID assigned to them, [LoginSecurity] is the plugin that the server is running.
My guess is that the UUID for your account - say "Anonman" - is [092321d3-d06c-4920-9fb1-3ae684edbba8] but it's assigned to a previous username, such as "HighlyGay" and the plugin expects THAT username to use that account.

Ask the owner to take a look for your account name.
