From what I understand, she wonder when will the right moment come for the "please marry me Matsuri-chan!" superchat to come. Then obviously a fan starts sending her one and it makes her pause for a bit cause she was flustered. Obviously other fans followed and she gets flustered even further. The chat keep spamming "kawaii" and "daisuki" doesn't help either.
