Actually I'm gonna amend my own mistake right now. Yes her legs are 70% of her height, but Puppeteer's art made her robot calves extremely short in comparison to the rest of her legs, which means its either supposed to be a top-down perspective which makes no sense, or they just fucked up her legs making her look way stockier than she should be.
Looking again I would think maybe her back leg is passable if you really want to claim its a perspective thing, but the issue is they very clearly actually just copy and pasted her left leg onto her right leg, or vice versa, and did not adjust it enough to where the stance the leg takes matches the closer position of the left side of her body. I'm convinced everything I circled is copy and pasted the laziness to adjust them further for each leg only adds to the picture's issues.
