Twitter doesn't really help your career if you're a vtuber. Look at Nerine for example. She put all her eggs on a vtubing career instead of continuing her older persona and hasn't been the same since. What sparked the VA-deletion arc was her being made a pariah on twitter, as well as some rrats that I'd not bother to do. But rebranding and thinking that your followers will just go to your new gig without explaining your intentions really got her and now she rots in Twitch.
