Tsunderia was also seriously mismanaged with actual groomer mods running rampant and the CEO being totally absent. Serious bullying/harassment went on and one talent got it really bad and melted down publicly but is debuting again very soon(!). One manager pulled massive overtime trying to do basically everything and spending her own money to keep projects going, but she eventually cracked and joined Phase Connect as a manager(!).
