Latest game shouldn't have had American writers or focused on an unpopular character design. Seriously, who was the game aimed at? I'm still confused. The game was competent enough to be potentially successful, but the writing was so bad and the MC was so unlikeable that it destroyed any chance they had. Also, black characters are known to be less popular. If your company is hurting, why do that? People say ESG, but no amount of ESG points saves you when you're hemorrhaging money from failed projects. If they wanted money, easy steps they could have followed
>Make coomer character
>Make flashy combat
>Slap generic story
>Don't piss off your fanbase
With the way Western games are, all they have to do is slap some coomer characters and they'll rake in money. Why? Because there's barely any of them in AAA games. Even talentless women are able to make decent money by getting an attractive Vtuber character. FFS these companies are run by drooling retards.
