Fishman's sounds good, I've made something similar myself with whole milk instead of cream
Lumi's is really close to a Cuba Libre except it uses ginger beer instead of cola. I'll probably get some rum next time I get groceries so I can try it.
Really they all seem good except for Hime's but that's because I don't like artificially flavored vodkas because they always taste cheap if the ratio between lemonade and vodka is done right you might not notice how artificial the flavoring is.
