They are the final designs, they're the same as the tree ornaments the girls are hanging up in the christmas art. Funnily enough, three of them appear in the background of the onsen art, and coincidentally they are the same ones already in the tree while the other are just being put on. This probably means that the loli and the girl with wings were the last two to get hired, while the other three were around for a while.
