Nothing seems broken on my end. Look at hatoko's previews more carefully -- notice that the shading of the horns for everything except the long catgirl hair have different shading. This matches the horns on the ayame_hair accessory (which probably means hatoko just frankenstiened the pieces together -- especially looking at his notes about the model).

If you don't have the costume cards (I don't either), you'll have to join them yourself. Turning off all the renderer pieces of ayame_hair except for "corner" should leave her horns only, which you can then place the casual twintails over (see image).

The idol outfit has a lot more pieces: The "corner" piece and an edited mesh of the "hair_f" piece of "ayame_hair," the back twintails of "Aya_ga_hair" (also likely a mesh edit", and an unknown ribbon that I haven't found yet because I spent too long on this already. Dunno if you want it, but here's my experiments to recreate the idol hair in a card.

Hmm... hatoko usually ports other people's mmd models, so my guess is that the original creator found out someone ported his paid model onto KK and is pissed about the distribution.
From testing, the required zipmods on the model are card specific, created by hatoko -- sadly if no one got the mod, we can't get the whole thing, unfortunately. Might just try to slap Ldki's outfits on this one.

I cannot tell if Wataa did some custom edits to make the original card to his liking (which he sometimes does), but I'm 90% sure it's just this one.
