Don't know where to start. Most anons here say that the easiest way to start is to write down the Hiragana alphabet onto note cards and remember them as you go along towards the more harder letters, but there has to be more right?

I would if I knew where to begin. Most people have told me to write down the Hiragana alphabet on writing cards and remember it as I progress to the Katakana alphabet, but is that really an efficient method? Is another way learn Japanese more efficiently?

There are other things that we miss out on as well, OP. It's a real shame. But I will never learn Japanese. I will never have the time. And even if I did, or even if someone could say I already do, I want my free time to be actual free time. Learning a language is work. It's not worth it. But I am still sad about it.
