Anon it's not like we haven't seen cases of other holos having an audience that tunes in specifically for them. This is like complaining that Korone fans don't go anywhere and only tune into her.

It's not Gura's fault she built her own fanbase and maintained it. Also, is it not true that Gura's fanbase is partly why council are so big? Or even Kaela? Did everyone forget her getting 10k MC streams all because of orbiting around her? It seems to me like an unwarranted attack on a fanbase when the reality is that the rest of myth sans Ina can't even fucking hold slightly over their floor nowadays.
