Something more palatable would be bistek. Strips of thinly sliced sirloin or tenderloin mixed with onions sauce, garlic and calamansi (flip tiny lemon) topped with red/white onions that have been caramelizing in the sauce. You sorta have to eat it with rice because the flavor is so strong it would tire your tastebuds out if you had it alone.
