I've tried it a lot and it's kind of a crapshoot. Sometimes you get something that looks pretty much real, other times it's just a "realistic" style drawing.

Okay so I used the Colab for retards guide to try this out and it worked. But I'd never even heard of Colab before and I don't quite understand how it works. After I'd been prompting for a while I got a message telling me that I wasn't actually using the GPU and should disconnect from it, even though I was generating images constantly. I clicked to stay connected to the GPU and it let me keep going for another while but eventually it kicked me out saying I hit either a time or data limit. I googled around for information and apparently they don't like it if you stay connected to a GPU without really using it and might cut your session short for it and even put you on an extended cooldown or shadowban you or whatever. So I don't know if that's what happened or if I just hit a limit.
Why did it think I wasn't using the GPU when I actually was? Am I supposed to do something to prevent this?
