A comparison of what she did in the early days and what she does now.

She was doing very well in her first Touhou playing. Unfortunately she couldn't clear it in the first stream, but she practiced even off stream and was able to clear it in the second stream.
She also cleared Recettear although there were times when she was suspended in the middle of the game. She was willing to put in the time and work hard to continue.

On the other hand, these are some of the games she has played recently.

She plays a lot of games, but hasn't completed or even tried to complete any of them. The worst one is Minecraft, and she enjoys the community of only selected people and doesn't give a shit to the rest of us. She only cares about the people who do participate in Minecraft.

Also, one thing that has been particularly bad lately is that she doesn't make any announcements and just goes just on a whim. For example, she doesn't announce when she's going to play Minecraft, and the recent Twitch test stream was so unannounced that many viewers missed the important event. I missed it myself, but apparently only her reply whore was allowed to participate. It seems like she doesn't understand that not all of us can monitor her all the time.

I don't know what the brutal things are. If you are talking about unfollowing everyone on Twitter, then she made the right choice. The best thing would have been not to follow her viewers from the beginning, but I think it's good that she was able to unfollow them before it was too late.
In the first place, Vtubers shouldn't interact with their viewers. It creates a wall between those who can interact and those who can't, and jealousy will be born. I myself supported her in the beginning, and she recognized me, so I had no reason to be jealous. But I hated getting attention and started lurking.

Things I want from her are the following

1. Stop the membership
It hurts my heart every time I see a chat room full of greens. Only the same kind of people gather and repeat the same kind of jokes. It may have been fun at first, but now it's boring.
2. Stop the minecraft server and Discord server
It's not good that some people can join and some people can't. Why does she disregard those who can't participate? She used to show signs of caring about her audience in early days, but lately she only cares about a small part of her viewers.
3. Set a goal for each stream and prepare in advance
If you stream a game you should set a goal. I think her taste in choosing games is getting worse. Why doesn't she want to continue playing good games like Touhou?
4. Prepare interesting topics for viewers who aren't interested in her
She has been focusing too much on herself. For example, can't she do something interesting like floor reps or reviews of magazine Muu like she did in the early days? Not everyone who watches her is interested in her. Since she is selling the fact that she is Japanese and ESL, I think it would be cool if she did a stream teaching Japanese and Japanese internet culture.
