I don't have the Mouse lora you said you had made yourself, so it's not giving me the same results, but even when copying the same settings from your image I don't get things as smoothened out as yours (though the results still look jankier than my usual). on the flipside, even with the futa lora enabled I can't seem to get the AI to give her the cock and instead it just draws random floating cocks around her crotch
