Nijisanji is r strategy, a lot of talents, not everyone can become big, some will graduate
Hololive is K strategy, not a lot of talents, but everyone has a lot of support and graduation is a bigger deal

Nijisanji is peak r strategy while Hololive is a good example of K strategy.
Nijisanji might have 300 livers and make more money than Hololive combined but Hololive's 35 talents are all much bigger and stronger, they take more time and energy to grow but reach much higher highs individually and greater accomplishments.
Nijisanjis are like rats and Hololives are killer whales.
