There are so many wonderful things that you get to enjoy as just a Dead Beat.
And if it’s any solace, being a Dice Demon isn’t all sunshine and rainbows, there will always be a part of me that is stuck in the past waiting for the indie I loved and supported to release her next EP and the merch she promised, or at least just stream. I am starved for content and music. As a demon, I am starved for content and am surviving on Mulan and the gratitude that she is now able to perform with her biggest inspirations and entertain her fans in Japan as well as is living out her dreams as someone else. It hurts like you wouldn’t believe and if it weren’t for Live Again I would’ve genuinely believed I was abandoned and forgotten and might never have been able to fully become a Dead Beat, just a vagrant of a fan.

The relationship that is had with Mori may be different today but these days are so much better, happier, and clearer, though she or the Dead Beats may not realize it.
So how about instead of wasting time wishing we could have been there to support her at some time or place when she needed us most, we trust each other as a fanbase and as fans of Mori to support her when you or I couldn’t or weren’t there to do so. That’s what it truly means to be a fan community, to support together, to love together, and to cherish together. No matter when you joined so long as you strive and work to be a true fan you inherit the victories and actions of past, present, and future no matter if they’ve been judged as good or bad. Attentionwhores and those who claim victories for themselves aside, my support is your support and your support is my support. The things I did to support her then are now accredited partially to you, and the same will be said for you or me if one of us were to ever leave.

I may hate you sons of bitches and you might hate me, but if there’s one thing we are united by it is Mori. We may be Dead Beats in name, but we are Calliopeople in heart.

Yeah, don't go that far without mental preperation, shit hits hard.
But no, she didn't really ever talk about hating her job or drawing other than wanting to get it to the point that she could make music, some streaming and art full time. It honestly a revelation to me, but after connecting the dots it started to make sense.
