As a former fan that only really liked Pomu/Selen/Rosemi I don't really see how Niji can recover at this point.

>Lost all their best talents due to mismanagement despite their desire to continue creating content
>Their most popular remaining male and female talents both haven't streamed for like 2 months due to self-inflicted drama
>Luca and Aster are confirmed pieces of shit and management did nothing about it
>Even AR Live had to be edited to remove all the people anyone cares about, yet they couldn't bother making a new promotional art and just poorly edited out the missing members
>Iluna and onwards are still completely forgotten and neglected
>The entire vtubing world has seen how predatory Nijisanji's contract is so no one will want to work for them except desperate SEA people
>Even big artists like Oimo have abandoned Niji in favor of just following their oshi wherever they end up

If you were hired to right this ship, what would you do? What can you do even? It seems totally hopeless.
