ID is just kind of a dead market. SEA doesn't superchat, doesn't engage, and the language fragmentation is terrible since speaking a SEA language doesn't just cut you off from the rest of the world, it might well cut you off from nearby local markets because everybody speaks their own dialect.

Consider that HoloID is the runaway success of this market, getting both the Holo buff and taking off during the COVID boom, and no one in that branch has broken 1million despite most of the talents essentially becoming full-time EN streamers.
