If you run the digital magazine PDF in two page view, your pages will be on opposite sides that they would be in the physical copy. It's becauise the digital PDF version first page is the cover page, but since the cover page counts as a page, it messes with the right-left alignment of all following pages. This doesn't really change anything other than how it reads in the 2 page view. Essentially, the spread pairs of pages would appear different on the physical version from the digital, unless a blank page is added to the front of the PDF, or the Rear Cover is pushed from the last page up to the second page, to get you back in alignment (if you want to recreate the physical experience as closely as possible).
Non-issue, two page can work the proper way.
